Thomas Edison State College is pleased to open a special award period for three scholarships. The application period is open November 1 – 30, 2010.
Wounded Warrior Scholarship: The Wounded Warrior Scholarship was established by the Thomas Edison State College Foundation to recognize the service and sacrifice of U.S. military service members injured or wounded while on active duty and/or the spouses of these men and women. The scholarship is funded entirely by student, College staff, and Foundation donations. Scholarships will be awarded in two separate categories: One for current applicants and the other for currently enrolled students. View Eligibility criteria »
Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation Scholarship: The Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation established a scholarship for students with spinal cord injures in 2007 with a $10,000 donation to the Thomas Edison State College Foundation. This scholarship and all funds is directed and intended for students enrolled at Thomas Edison State College with spinal cord injuries resulting in paralysis. View Eligibility criteria »
In addition to a completed application, each scholarship requires supplemental documentation to verify eligibility.
