School of Business and Management alum Gloria Cevallos, earned her Master of Science in Management degree and her Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership in 2015. By her estimation, she'll be reaping the benefits for years to come. Cevallos is a scheduling and facilities planner in the Events Planning Department at Bergen Community College. "Education pays! My degree from Thomas Edison State translates to value for me that goes beyond just earning potential," she said. "My personal growth, contribution to my workplace and to society as a whole has been greatly enhanced. It's made me a more confident employee; but more importantly, it has made me a better sister, mother and grandmother and a more well-rounded individual. I'm extremely grateful to Thomas Edison State and Bergen Community College." Cevallos used online courses and transfer credits to complete her degree requirements.
