Colin Harris '14, found that Thomas Edison State College allowed him to complete his BA degree in history course requirements while fulfilling his military responsibilities. "My position as a chief warrant officer with the United States Coast Guard demands a sacrifice of personal and family time," he explained. "TESC provided the learning methods I needed to pursue my degree." Colin was able to complete his degree requirements using prior learning assessment (PLA), online courses, testing and transfer credits within three years.
