Brian V. Bovyn, BS '08, of Goffstown, N.H., had been pursuing a college degree off and on for 22 years when he found Thomas Edison State College. In just 30 months, utilizing Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), online courses, testing and transfer credits, Bovyn earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Services degree in October. Bovyn, a supervisor with the Manchester, N.H., police department, described the College as a "natural fit" adding that the flexibility allowed him to keep up with his busy career while completing his course work. He is now enrolled in the College's Master of Science in Management degree program.

You can take advantage of whatever Thomas Edison State College flexible course delivery options best fit your learning style, whether it is taking an online course, a TECEP® exam, FlashTrack or e-Pack® courses.

Also, through Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), you may be able to earn credit for college-level knowledge you already have. Unlike most colleges and universities, Thomas Edison State College courses are available throughout the year. New undergraduate terms start every month. Register for classes!

Registration for August 2009 runs through July 12, with late registration running from July 13 - July 17.
